What are we going to do?
1. The fundamental concepts of improvisation are based on the assumption that ideas are plentiful and joy comes from doing what you love, so we are going to play!
2. Participants will explore storytelling as well as vocal and physical expression in a relaxed atmosphere that allows participants to build confidence and improve presentation skills through “rehearsal.”
3. We are going to address issues we may be having with customers, co-workers, venders or management. We are going to play it out.
4. We will touch on the importance of the YES AND…. concept with Serious Games, Funny Games, and Real Life Situation re-enactments.
5. We will bring the fundamental concepts of yoga and meditation into the work together we do. Both traditions being based on the reality that we need balance and flow in our lives.
6. We are going to move and dance in ways that are designed for Every Body.
7. We will learn how to make these tools a part of the work day.
